<span style="font-size:16px;font-family:Arial;line-height:2;">張學(xué)仁提出三點(diǎn)要求：一是高度重視對(duì)標(biāo)一流價(jià)值創(chuàng)造行動(dòng)工作，要將其作為提升管理、提升效益的重要抓手和關(guān)鍵所在，</span><span style="font-size:16px;font-family:Arial;line-height:2;">確保對(duì)標(biāo)工作落地見效。二是全面對(duì)標(biāo)對(duì)表，充分考慮內(nèi)外部環(huán)境因素，梳理分析與標(biāo)桿企業(yè)存在的短板和不足，動(dòng)態(tài)優(yōu)化、調(diào)整實(shí)施方案和工作清單，確保方案、清單的指導(dǎo)性和可操作性。三是明確管控措施、完成時(shí)效及成果形式，</span><span style="font-size:16px;font-family:Arial;line-height:2;">落實(shí)</span><span style="font-size:16px;font-family:Arial;line-height:2;">“周跟進(jìn)、月調(diào)度、季總結(jié)”工作安排，</span><span style="font-size:16px;font-family:Arial;line-height:2;">加強(qiáng)過程監(jiān)控，加快推動(dòng)各項(xiàng)任務(wù)落實(shí)落地，持續(xù)提升價(jià)值創(chuàng)造的能力和水平，推動(dòng)公司實(shí)現(xiàn)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。</span>
